  2. 02Plans add tools such as a verified badge on WhatsApp Business, the Meta Business Agent for customer replies, story scheduling, analytics and team access.
  3. 03The prices apply per Facebook Page, Instagram profile or WhatsApp Business number, and none of the plans include ad credits, according to Jon Loomer.

Meta launched Meta One on 15 September, a set of paid plans across Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. Alongside consumer AI plans at $7.99 and $19.99 a month, there are four tiers for businesses and creators: Essential from $14.99, Advanced from $49.99, Expert from $149 and Max from $499 a month, TechCrunch reports.

What each level adds

  • Essential: tools to manage your presence, more access to the Meta Business Agent for answering customers, a verified badge and channel on the WhatsApp Business app and impersonation detection.
  • Advanced: story scheduling up to 30 days ahead, links in organic posts and reels, exportable analytics, deeper audience insights, team access and more broadcast credits.
  • Expert and Max: larger teams and higher limits. Max adds phone support, according to Jon Loomer.

Essential and Advanced also bring an enhanced profile that shows a business's website, locations and reviews, a bold Follow button on reels and automatic follow invitations to people who engage with your content.

Read the small print

The listed prices apply per Facebook Page, Instagram profile or WhatsApp Business number, so a business with several accounts may pay more, Jon Loomer notes. None of the plans touch Ads Manager, ad credits or boosted posts. Meta says benefits, prices and availability may vary by region, app and account.
